• Payment of a deposit of 30% of the total rent.
 
You will receive a complete application, including lease and detailed descriptions, in duplicate copies.

You will then return one copy of each duly initialed and signed by you and a photocopy of your ID card or passeport.

• Rules for the balance of the rent upon arrival *.
• Filing of security deposit upon arrival.

The deposit check is not cashed. We return to the customer the week following the end of your stay and under the conditions described in the lease.

We accept bank check, bank transfer and cash.

We can not accept holiday vouchers and credit card.

* For our foreign tenants, we require a payment by bank transfer which must be made 15 days before the date of taking possession. The deposit will be done in cash on arrival against receipt.

For yous pets, their coming is accepted after agreement, thank you for telling us when booking (2 dogs at the most).

Dogs have to remain discreet, be kept on a lead on the property and not stay at home in the absence of their owners. Thank for cleaning the dogs mess.

In case of non compliance with these rules, we can be obliged to retain a part of your deposit.
